This dog was bitten by a poisonous snake and a large piece of skin tissue died. Initially, I surgically closed the wound but because it was in a high motion area the sutures did not hold. How did I get this to heal from the before treatment picture to the after treatment picture in 10 days?

A dog had severe swelling on right side of the face which suddenly occurred and progressively worsened. The dog is lethargic, not eating and has bloody drool coming from right side the of mouth.
This is what the inside on the cheek looks like on the right side. No wounds were visible. What’s your diagnosis and treatment?
